CardioFit Boot Camp -A high-intensity workout that incorporates strength training and aerobic exercises to give you a full-body workout with lots of variety and fun.  Improve you cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance with exercises that may include jumping, upper body, core work, and free weights just to name a few.  Expect the unexpected in this fun way to get fit!  No matter where you are starting from, or what your fitness goals are, this class will help you get stronger, leaner, and more fit!
StudioAbs-A short, but intense session that focuses on building abdominal and core strength and awareness.  Engage in a variety of challenging moves and exercises that strengthen your Abs and lower back!
Pilates-A class designed to increase your body awareness, coordination, core stability, and flexibility through simple yet effective movements.  Through a series of core, back, leg and arm exercises you will improve your posture and overall muscle tone and gain a new awareness of strength through you core.  You will experience challenging exercises through a full range of motion to create and strengthen your stability and balance while focusing on your core strength to achieve the ideal full-body body workout.
Yoga-Come enjoy a class that incorporates both the mind and the body working together.  This session will include breaking down yoga poses and working on proper body alignment and breathing techniques.  Through integration of a variety of yoga poses, you will gain improved flexibility, balance, strength, and improve posture.
Zumba-Enjoy the cardiovascular and body sculpting benefits of an exciting workout that tones, develops core strength, and increases coordination and balance.  This is a fun, high-energy dance class that is suitable for all fitness levels!  Come move with us and discover all of the benefits that a Zumba workout has to offer.
Turbokick-A great full-body workout that integrates a broad range of punches and boxing techniques to tone and tighten the upper body, while incorporating foot speed and balance through lower body kicks.  Mix up your routine with this high-intensity class which will improve your balance, coordination, and strength while burning up to 300-600 calories!! 
StrengthFit Boot Camp--“Feel the burn” with 50 minutes of high-intensity training in a motivating group environment.  This class focuses on full-body muscle conditioning exercises with an emphasis on increasing core stability. Enjoy tons of variety with many different strength training exercises to work your body from head to toe, finding new challenges with each session. 
Athletic Training-A class designed for the high school or college athlete wishing to improve their overall muscle conditioning.  This session incorporates exercises to improve agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness.  Expect a great full body workout including drills designed for improving muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
Posing for Novice Bodybuilders
